Where activities are intended for minors (including autistic children and youth), registration shall be completed by a legal parent or guardian, or with their approval, in accordance with Organization protocols and statutory requirements.

The parent or guardian is responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to the Organization, including medical information, allergies, sensitivities, special needs, and emergency contact details, as relevant to the activity.

3.6 Volunteering

Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee integration into the Organization’s operations.

The Organization reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion and based on operational needs, to determine volunteer placements, roles, scope of involvement, and conditions of service.

3.7 Donations

The Organization facilitates donations through the Website or other channels.

Donations are processed via a secure payment gateway or external service provider.

The Organization does not retain User payment method details.

The Organization holds tax-exempt approval under Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance (Israel), and donations meeting statutory conditions may qualify donors for tax benefits, subject to applicable law.

3.8 Notifications and Operational Communications

Following registration for an activity, membership, volunteering, or making a donation, the Organization may send the User necessary communications required to deliver the service, including:

Registration confirmations;

Such notices constitute operational communications and shall not be classified as direct marketing materials.

The Organization does not store the User’s payment method details.

4.2 Membership Dues and Direct Debit

When an Organization member elects to pay via automatic recurring debit, payment method details will be stored by the external accounting management provider for periodic billing purposes.

The Organization does not store payment method details within its own systems, but receives access to information necessary to administer membership and periodic billing in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

4.3 Pricing and Fees

Where a fee is set for an activity, service, or product, the amount and applicable terms will be published on the relevant activity page, registration form, or other interface where registration is conducted.

The Organization reserves the right to update fees for activities and services from time to time; however, any such change shall not apply to registrations that have already been completed, unless otherwise provided under applicable law.

4.4 Completion of Registration

In cases where payment is required, registration shall be deemed complete only upon receipt of payment confirmation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the registration or reassignment of the reserved spot to another participant.

4.5 Cancellation by Participant

Requests to cancel participation in an activity must be submitted to the Organization as soon as possible.

Where an activity involves a fee, cancellation conditions, refunds, or cancellation fees shall be determined according to:

Statutory legal provisions;
Terms published in connection with that specific activity; and
In the absence of specific terms—at the discretion of the Organization, taking into account the circumstances and expenses already incurred to conduct the activity.

4.6 Cancellation or Modification by the Organization

The Organization reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel an activity due to, among other things:

Insufficient number of registrants to conduct the activity;
Inclement weather conditions;
Security situations or developments;
Force majeure;
Safety considerations;
Absence of an instructor, lecturer, or service provider;
Operational constraints;
Any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Organization.

If a paid activity is canceled by the Organization, the Organization will act in accordance with statutory requirements and the specific terms published for that activity.

4.7 Receipts and Payment Confirmations

Upon receipt of payment, the Organization will issue an appropriate receipt or confirmation in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Where a payment constitutes a donation qualifying for tax benefits, a receipt will be issued pursuant to Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance (Israel), provided that statutory criteria are met.

4.8 Payment Processing Issues

The Organization utilizes secure external payment processing systems.

Without derogating from statutory requirements, the Organization reserves the right, at its discretion, to approve a full or partial refund, credit, transfer of registration to a future date, or any other solution when exceptional circumstances justify doing so.

Any such decision in a specific case shall not constitute a precedent nor obligate the Organization to act similarly in future instances.

Chapter 5 – Participation in Organization Activities

5.1 Scope

This chapter applies to every activity, event, workshop, course, meeting, trip, initiative, or program organized by or on behalf of the Organization, unless dedicated terms have been established for a specific activity.

5.2 Participant Responsibility

Every participant in an activity, or the parent/guardian of a participating minor (including autistic minors), is responsible for providing the Organization with true, complete, and updated information necessary for participation.

The participant undertakes to follow the instructions of the Organization, activity staff, and authorized personnel, and to conduct themselves in a manner that ensures a safe, respectful, and proper environment.

5.3 Health and Safety

The participant, or parent/guardian of a minor, is responsible for notifying the Organization in advance of any material information that may affect participation in the activity, including:

Allergies or sensitivities;
Medical restrictions;
Special needs;
Safety limitations;
Any other information necessary for safe participation.

The Organization will utilize this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and solely to the extent required to conduct the activity and safeguard participant safety.

5.4 Code of Conduct

Participants in Organization activities are expected to treat all participants, volunteers, staff, instructors, and authorized personnel with respect.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Verbal or physical violence;
Harassment of any kind;
Discrimination or infringement upon human dignity;
Property damage;
Intentional disruption of the activity;

5.5 Instructions of Organization Staff

5.6 Removal of a Participant

The Organization reserves the right to suspend or terminate an individual’s participation in an activity, or remove them from the premises, if in its reasonable judgment their behavior:

Endangers their own safety or the safety of others;
Materially impairs the conduct of the activity;
Violates applicable law or these Terms;
Harms Organization staff, volunteers, or other participants.

Where circumstances permit, the participant or parent/guardian will be given an opportunity to rectify the behavior prior to removal.

Decisions by the Organization will be made proportionately, taking into account the specific circumstances.

5.7 Personal Belongings and Equipment

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings and equipment during activities.

The Organization assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability is imposed by law.

5.8 Photography and Media Coverage

During Organization activities, photography, filming, or recording may take place for documentation, publicity, and promotional purposes.

Such media coverage will be conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Organization’s photography policy, and consents obtained where required by law.

5.9 Activity Modifications

The Organization reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the location, schedule, content, operating staff, or format of an activity where necessary for proper administration or due to circumstances beyond its control.
